Disappointed at BetterBond!!

I am very disappointed at the service I am getting at BetterBond, I have sign a bank offer with a bank and forwarded it then to send the bank but got no feedback from them to confirm sending it. Been trying to get a hold of the consultant Lucy for two days now with no Luck, every time I call I get redirected to a voicemail. I am sure now they are going to tell me that the bank has withdrawn their offer since it’s 5 days but I can’t even submit the sign contract myself at the bank cos they block you!!

My advice to anyone wanting to apply for a bond do it yourself, save yourself energy of chasing after BetterBonds only to get disappointed at the end.

If they can do it so can you!!
