Disappointed

Gina Fourie came highly recommended and has a lot of 5 star reviews on hellopeter, unfortunately we did not receive the same level of care as other customers.

I scheduled a call that she didn't honour, I followed up on whatsapp and just got blue ticks. We emailed a list of questions to which only received a simple response but no answers to any of the questions.

Most concerning of all, on one of the phone calls my husband managed to have with her, she asked for information we already provided and confused our financials.

I understand that sometimes people get busy with other responsibilities that make it difficult to manage your time, but don't take on clients you don't have time for.
