DID NOT APPLY TO ALL BANKS

I was advised by the Estate agent that I should go through Betterbond regarding my bond application. We are currently FNB and Nedbank clients. I was highly disappointed with the level of correspondence and attitude I received from the betterbond property finance consultant.<br> I eventually got concerned as I didn't hear from him and then decided to follow up on my application. FNB was easy because I just asked my personal banker to enquire. But when I enquired about my application at Nedbank I was highly upset that there was no application sent. The reply I got regarding my Nedbank application was:\The Nedbank bond was not submitted at any stage due to Nedbank credit policy in terms on self employed criteria
