Demystifying home loans

As a first time home buyer, my exhilaration of finding the dream home was quickly followed by the realization of the daunting task: I had to find a home loan. Thank the stars that by chance I ended up in the capable hands of Ms Wellman who guided my through the mountains of paper work, additional requests by the banks and explaining all as we went along. <br> Her patience, knowledge and willingness to assist made an expected painful experience into a walk in the park.
