Delayed Service is No Service

Using better bond has been an utter waste of my time. I contacted them on the morning of the 1st March with a homeloan application.

I was asigned to Katlego Moloi who only responded to me with a request for documentation on 14th March—two weeks later. Delayed service is no service and does not serve the customer at all. This is a disappointment.

Thankfully i contacted the bank directly on the same day in the afternoon on 1st March and was pre approved in minutes. Within a day i submitted all documents and was approved for a 100% bond two days later by the Monday 4th March around 1pm. It was a weekend and still they processed my application so quickly.

I would have lost my opportunity of owning my home if i waited on Katlego Moloi.
