Bond originator, Excellent feedback and service

Annemarie Fourie from Better Life Home Loans in Rustenburg has realised the value of daily feedback to estate agents. When I refer loan applications to her, she makes sure that I know of the progress on a daily basis, and at critical times she has given feedback five times a day. When there are obstacles to a client's loan application, she informs me of them, and we find a solution together. She is also keen on acting and implementing the solutions proposed, even if it requires from her to walk an extra mile. She has saved some of my transactions that I think other originators would have quit on. Annemarie works hard on my transactions , and she makes sure that I know she does.
