Blown away by Sharnam

We have dealt with Sharnam Kasipersadh for the past few weeks. I have been blown away by the service in general. She has been consistent in feedback, clarifying every aspect of this process and even over-explaining terms that we are not fami**** with. And to add to the already exemplary service, she is a nice person to chat to! She is never hurried or annoyed and even laughs at my lame jokes. Thank you Sharnam. You made this paranoid control freak calm down and feel relaxed.
