Beyond Excellent Customer Service From ANTOINETTE SAUNDERSON!!!!!!!!!!!

Firstly I would like to thank Antoinette Saunderson for her wonderful service at Better Bond.

She really went beyond her call of duty to assist us and explain things to help us understand better. It is very seldom that people have the patients to guide clients, explain and answer all their questions. I am a very persistent person by nature and I cannot leave things until I have the answers, some people find this very annoying and become very abrupt but Antoinette kept her cool and answered me straight away as best as she could.

She also answered her phone after working hours and assisted me even though this is not part of her job.

I really have to say THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!! your company is lucky to have you.
