We have just been through the daunting task of purchasing a house and as stressful as it was to spend months looking for the correct property, the thought of having to go through the process of applying for a bond, with all the associated paperwork, seemed an even worse mission. Christa did it all for us. We submitted our paperwork ONCE to her. Less than 2 days later we received approval from two of the four main banks. She fought for a better rate and pitched one bank against the other until we were satisfied with the quote and within no time at all, and NO PAIN whatsoever, we are done.
