BetterBond...Better service, better rates, better bonds.

I would like to applaud the consultants from BetterBond, namely Katlego Moloi and Charmaine Crawford, for the professional but caring, efficient and friendly service. They made my home loan application a breeze and it was a pleasure dealing with these two ladies. They constantly did follow ups and provide feedback.

Charmaine obtained a good rate from the bank, I tried to push for a little more and was disappointed in being told that that is the best they will give without trying to push the bank a little further but accepted the rate as it was good anyway. Also, I declined the banks insurance but it was added to the monthly bond. I called Charmaine and she notified me that I just need to notify the attorney's to correct it, which I have done.
