BetterBond, taking incompetence to an art level.

I have been receiving a myriad sms's each day from BetterBond over the past 6 weeks or so stating "We are delighted to inform you that your application has been submitted to the banks. Your personal home loan consultant will keep you posted as we progress" I have informed them on numerous occassions from when it started, that I have not app**** for anything through them, however to no avail.
