Betterbond not for Africans

We app**** for home loan with remix and they said they work with better bond, not 1ns did the lady advice or provide us with our credit scores, we only provide payslips and statements. Agent is/was rude, in a nutshell 3banks have declined us due to our low credit, we l requested for reasons, she only said 1of us has missed payments. Because she was not forthcoming with info. I found out what needs to be fixed with our scores. Now fnb has approved the loan at a crazy interest. When we ask for our credit scores and what criteria was used with fnb as I think something is fishy, when fnb cannot grant me a loan of a mere 20k yet they can give 500k. She advised that if we don't sign the offer she and her lawyers will sue us. We are still awaiting for our credit scores and reason for approval. And reason why they cannot approve small loan with repayment of not more that 60k.but they can expect me to repay 1.5mil. She is refusing to provide tagt info and we still awaiting for info from fnb aswell
