BETTERBOND is getting no recommendation from me EVER!!!

I received the worst service ever! I am a first time home buyer and the consultant from Betterbond Neil was not updating me at all. FNBSA did a re - assessment of my bond and according to the bank, communication is sent to the Bond originator and not the client. I was not informed of this and when I signed, I was not aware the amounts had changed and the interest rate changed as well. I am livid as I know must fork out 35k for something I wasn't informed about. I must now make more loans to cover this due to a lack of communication. I am not even excited anymore about the house and will probably sell it soon.!!!!
