BetterBond Consultant not helpful

As a potential 1st time buyer I’m disappointed with Betterbond. The person I dealt with Katlego Moloi could not process my application because I could not provide an 11 year old contract employment. I then sent a new employment confirmation letter from my employer, signed stamped and sealed from the department of state (USA). I was told she cannot accept this. Fair enough I thought that is the formality as I’ve never tried before to purchase a property. I then app**** by ooba and with absa and both accepted my employment confirmation letter and my application is now underway. I felt like I was not being helped along the way but just easily shot down.
