Better- stay away from this -bond!

I was approached very quickly but that's where it ended! no acknowledgement of receipt of documentation, no follow-ups, no keeping posted. Try and get hold of a regional manager even a bigger mess! No one knows anyone, you make phones call and Google searches to ad nauseum Then you get it at last from a staff member and its rejected by Outlook and cannot be sent! then the agent phones you and its YOUR fault that they have not responded to you REALLY??? do you think you are the only originator, or maybe alas we should just stick to going to the bank like in the "old" days!
