Better of without BetterBond

An absolute AWFULL experience. Completely unprofessional. You will be better of without BetterBond.

You can state you don't understand and they are talking gibberish - they don't explain and ignore you. You request Phone Calls multiple times and get ignored on each request. You send through ALL the documents they request - but they claim they receive some and play absolutely dumb even though the attachments are on the mail chain and vissible and in the history you actively communicate on..... You re-forward the items and they continue to play dumb even though they respond on the mail chains where the communications and attachments are visible.......

They play the DUMB card to up to 99.9 and then waste more time postponing lawyer items - this obviously incurring additional costs as it is lawyers time...... This all after they gave you the chase around for months on end with zero explanations and or the simple phone call requested.......
