Better-Believe It-Bond

Early March we put in an OTP and the estate agent introduced us to Merle and her assistant, Justine (Betterbond Century City).

Things were going smoothly until boom COVID. Well let me tell you. Merle and Justine didn’t drop the ball once. Every company expects their people to do their job – the best they can do it. I’d like to say however, that you have two phenomenal people working in your team. Just W.O.W.

During lockdown there were hiccups and obstacles, but Merle was there every step of the way to encourage me. Constantly positive and reassuring. Justine answered all my emails and questions, never a moment sounding irritated or outdone. Really, these two ladies have been my sanity during this time.

We finally got the bond approval yesterday afternoon and are incredibly happy with the service we’ve received.

Thank you Merle & Justine – you guys are 2 in a million!
