I’ve had the best experience applying for my very first bond financing! I’ve always heard from family who’ve been through this journey about how much of a hassle it is but I experienced thee complete opposite assisted by Geoffrey Cooke-Tonnesen and Jakob Ellis - a turnaround time of +/-24hrs from initiation of preapproval to actual bank approval when I had anticipated 5-7 days. I’m thankful.
