Bad Service

To be honest, you loose more then what you gain. Banks give incentives to clients if you deal with them directly instead of through a Bond originator. However Bond Originators are suppose to take the stress out of the process, but in my experience it was the complete opposite, I forfeited the rewards from my bank as I believed BetterBond would get me a better deal, which will be more beneficial in the long term, as well as take the stress away from me, but then I got Rentia Kotze as a dealmaker, this is where it all went South. Rentia was not invested in the process to keep me up to date about what is happening. Communication was a major issue, I always struggle to get hold of Rentia, she doesn't answer my calls and only reply several hours later to my whatsapp messages or Emails. The entire process is stressful for a first time buyer and good communication from the Bond originator is vital. Based on my experience with Rentia and BetterBond I am not likely to recommend your services.
