Bad for business!

I have had the worst experience with better bond in trying to apply for a home loan. They take their time in getting back to you once they have all your documents. One of the agents that was dealing with my application went on leave, did not let me know and a few days later I received a call from another agent who took over the process. They did 2 different pre-approval certificates with different amounts. With not all my information. I would strongly advise to do the application telephonically with the banks yourself. Its just a waste of time using a bond originator.
