Bad Communication

We have app**** for a home loan trough Remax, and was told that they work along side Betterbond. I have never in my life seen such bad communication from a service provider. I am so frustrated, it has been nearly three weeks, and if i don't ask for an update, i simply don't receive one. Better yet, i can see that she reads my sms's but still no answer. People don't waste your time, get someone else to handle your homeloans
