Amazing service: Nazlee Kyzer

I am very pleased with the service I received from Nazlee Kyzer at BetterBond. Before I started the process, I first checked out the reviews on HelloPeter to which I saw Nazlee’s name quite a lot. I then decided I want to specifically speak to Nazlee, and lucky me I got through to Nazlee when I called.

Nazlee made the process very easy for me. She did not rush the process as she wanted to ensure that I got the best offer. She was an absolute gem through the whole process. She was so friendly, and made the process a lot better because she always reassured me whenever I felt a bit down (as I was a bit pessimistic).

You will never have to worry about getting a bond approval if you have the right person helping you. Nazlee was 100% the right person as she was so knowledgeable and got all the documents at one go so that I dont have to stress about additional documents I require which set my mind at ease a lot. Just when I thought she couldnt do better, she actually got the interest down to a further 1% below the best offer!! I am so excited and Nazlee made the process even more exciting because she celebrated each milestone with me by always being so jolly!
