Amazing Service by Better Bond (Janice Padayachee)

I had the pleasure of the dealing with Janice Padayachee and her team at Better Bond.

I personally work in the retail sector at premium brand and finding anyone who can do their job with such passion and energy is almost an impossibility.

Janice ensured she tried every means necessary and never took no for an answer. Timelines were always met and I found myself feeling guilty at times for not being able to meet them due to my own lack of organisation.

The most outstanding thing about Janice and her team was the "never say die" attitude and at times I felt like it was a pointless exercise due to Covid-19 impact on my earnings last year that affected my ratings and scoring.

This however was taken up as a challenge and Janice worked tirelessly to ensure we explored every avenue to ensure that I eventually got my approval.

I am soon going to be a 1st time proud home owner and this would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of Janice and her team.
