Amazed by service

We used BetterLife Home Loans to apply for our home loan and there is no words to describe how fast, efficient and helpful Merle Serrao was! She went out of her way to help us and make sure we had all the right paperwork to submit. Once we got feedback from the banks she went even further to get us a better interest rate! We are so blessed to have had Merle assist us and will be forever grateful for her excellent service and for going the extra mile to help us.
