AGENTS GO ON LEAVE AND LET YOUR APPLICATION GATHER DUST

<p>On Thursday 29 September 2016 I forwarded through our application for Bond Approval.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the same day further documentation was requested to which I immediately responded.</p> <p> </p> <p>I heard nothing back from the agent until today where I emailed her asking for a progress report and whether or not she required any further documentation.</p> <p> </p> <p>It was then that I was informed that the agent was on leave and would only be returning on Thursday, 13 October. I was not informed and it was quite clear from the emails that followed that my application had gathered dust for a week and not been passed on to any other agent as I was once again requested to forward through the documentation I had already sent on 26 September.</p> <p> </p> <p>Considering that BetterLife came highly recommended from the estate agent I am appalled at the service we have received and will most definitely be informing the agents of this.</p> <p> </p> <p>My application has laid with them for a week where nothing has been done, if I did not follow up, a period of three weeks would have lapsed before any action was taken. This is not how one runs a business.</p>
