I urge anyone who is looking to buy a property (be it first time or not) to work with Judisha Singh from Better Bond, if they have a choice.

From the start of the process, we have been receiving outstanding service and ongoing support.

What stood out to us was:

1. Instant and same-day responses regarding any queries that we had, forwarding our information to the banks as well as providing feedback to us on any responses (case in point: we sent our information to Judisha on Monday, 18 October and by Tuesday, 19 October we received feedback on the first offer.

2. Constant open line of communication via e-mail and phone; as first time buyer we had quite a few questions and most of them were answered by Judisha.

3. Judisha was also very effective at insuring that we comp**** with the timelines as set out in the OTP, and she did so by managing communication between ourselves and the banks as well as being in contact with us daily to ensure that we are aware of where exactly we are in the process.

It has been stress- and hassle free.
