I thought getting a pre-approval would be a nail-biting and painful experience, well was I wrong.

THANK YOU TO TANIELLE CORNWALL for service beyond measure. She is professional, patient and very sweet. I needed some documentation from the bank for previous property I sold and she was the epitome of what every company should strive to have in their employees. She was sympathetic to my struggles and she checked in with me daily to ensure me that she is still here to assist me.

I have never felt this important in anyone's life and she made me feel like I was the ONLY client she had, even though I know she has many. This did not feel like a business transaction but rather me dealing with a friend who cares about me, my well-being and my business.
