We needed bond pre approval at the 11th hour as requested by the sellers of the place we wanted to buy. Our previous prequalification with Better Bomd had expired (Tanielle also assisted us at the time). Within a few hours, she got us what we needed, and explained everything we needed to know. She was also able to answer all our questions.
