A company who prides itself on rapid test for individuals in need and even advertising that they are offering mobile service and are willing to come to a convenient location for the patient on their website.

I myself in need of their services, call: *** and Sherashni answer, I enquire about the mobile service, "No we don't offer them anymore."

I enquire about the 60 hepatitis B tests that I require, Sherashni, says, "yes." "If I go to one of their clinics." Myself, "Thats great, can you maby tell me where is the closest clinic that I can vist in centurion?"

Sherashni, "No I cannot disclose that information, I can only disclose that to a patient wanting to make an appointment."

I say, "I want to make an appointment for sixty people interested in coming for tests, please can you give me, your location in Centurion."

Sherashni, "No, sir i cannot disclose that information."

I ask, " How can that information be confidential if Im looking at it on your website?"

Sherashni, "Sir, that information is for patient."

After this I couldn't stand it anymore, so I hung up, having to gather myself for a minute.

Conclusion: through better to know, you'll never know. This from a company that says their willing to help, very disappointing and Im still left, with 60 patients, with no help.
