I would like to commend, compliment and share with everyone what a SUPER STAR Betty Roma is at BetterSure. I had a client that was sitting in front of the bond registration attorney who desperately needed a copy of her policy. Betty, without hesitation, immediately dropped everything & sent it through which saved the client the hassle of having to schedule a follow up visit to the attorney. This willingness to assist & go the further mile is extremely rare these days & she truly lives up to her email signature - Betty Roma, Service Excellence!!! Thank you & keep it up
