I regret the day I have opened a policy with BetterSure, it is not the first time that I have experienced problems with Bettersure, I will never recommend their services to anyone, it is so difficult and it's frustrating getting a claim done with Bettersure. It's almost 3months that I have submitted documention with no feed back I have send numerous emails no reply from Bettersure, as long as they receive your installment than they don't worry about your problems. WORSE EVER INSURANCE BROKERS. Thinking of canceling it
