Bettersure deserve -100 Stars. I cannot write a review without giving them atleast 1 star, even this upsets me.

It has been over 90 days. No resolve. I am tired of wasting my money being put on hold and get no service, I get more frustrated.

This company are slimey snakes. Sylvia Chauke is 1 of them. My claims specialist. Initially when she spoke with me she told me that the policy did not cover roots and that she will send me a rejection letter. I refused to accept that summary of theirs, and she agreed to send an engineer out. Its been over 1 week that the engineer submitted her report now, and still there is no feedback from Sylvia. I called this morning to speak with her, after 20mins my airtime ran out and I dont have funds to keep buying, still have not got to speak to her and find what the hell is going on as my claim is under review since January.

This is the most sickening and frustrating service provider out there, and I tell you people STAY AWAY from Bettersure.
