Worst worst worst insurance company in South Africa

We had a storm on 15 January 2014.Branches of a tree fell on top of my roof then caused damage to my rooftiles and ceiling was also damaged.Tge assessor came out 2 days later and then the delay started I phoned them every week and all feedback I get is that the claim is being escalated and they will send me a mail.I wrote a review on hellopeter about 2 weeks ago and they were then fast to call me and promised me they will sort it out.Then the same again no e mail no call just ignored me.Then phone call after phone call the same story about escalated and emails.Today I had enough and my patience was up.So I called and they gave me the same story about escalating escalating escalating.So I demanded that I need answers today because it keeps on raining and the damages get worse and worse.After holdig for 20 min they put me through to a supervisor and this guy tells me that the claim is escalated to bettersure for REJECTION with no reason.So I lost my cool and told them they can shove their insurance in places I rather not mention.

I have been patient for to long now.Even if its a small claim my next stop is the ombutsman

Sies for them for such n small claim.And my premium is paid up to date every month and they give me this nonsense.
