Worst service on claims

I have never struggled with any insurance company as much as Bettersure! I registered a claim for a geyser in middle February. The claim is still outstanding and you just don't get any feedback after call after call

I tried to log another claim 3 times and still no claim nr was received

I won't advise using this company to anyone!

I even requested call recordings a week ago and there is a deafening silence on their part!
