Worst service in the history of service!

I Got retrenched from work in May 2020 and my husband and i reached out to Better bond for a payment holiday they sent an email told us what they need we sent them everything we are in October they still want a proper letter... I sent them my retrenchment letter i sent them my UI19 which shows i was retrenched... What more do you peoole want from us... You guys are tge worst ppl to work with all other insurance understood our situation instead you guys dont want to pay out why cover for retrenchment and not payout anything you are useless!!!!
