Worst service ever!!

Worst service EVER!!!

After waiting 4 months for my bathroom claim and then dispute to be attended to, I still haven’t received my funds as promised to me. The claim was initially opened in March - we are at the end of July.

As a loyal, paying client, this is far from the service I expect to receive. I want my funds paid and this policy cancelled immediately!!

The service is pathetic, they expect to receive your monthly debits on time but in return no responses, empty promises and no service.
