Worst service ever Dylan whitconde

This must be the worst service I have ever received. I have called multiple times stating that my house will only be built in January however they are still debiting my account. I was told that I would be refunded and that they will not debit my account this month but guess what it was debited and still no refund as Yet! This is the person who assured me that he processed my request Dylan whitconde. I am going to cancel this cover and reverse these payments if I am not assisted. #Disgusted
