Worst service ever

WORST WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If i could give no stars i would.

The lightning struck my house in January 2024 Since we have logged a claim we had to phone in every single day to get answers from Better Sure no responds. We are on 19 March 2024 my electricity at my house is still not sorted out , every day a new excuse with them. Ive send 100’s of mails no respond phone in each day tell my story over and over to a new consultant

There is no security at my house as my gate motor is not working and the tree which the lightning struck has not been removed yet , no quote nothing. The tree is going to fall on my house them im going to have this whole story again with Better sure.

Will not recommend them to any one
