Worst service ever

Bettersure is probably the worst insurance company I've ever came across,. I've opened house insurance and life cover when there agents called after my bond was approved. I now need to cancel the housing insurance due to the cover not being enough and got a better rate with my banks insurance. I've contacted them on Friday and they advised someone will contact me within the day. It's Tuesday and still nothing. I've called them again and the same result. Well now I've made up my mind to cancel both policies because if this is how they look after there clients then I want nothing to do with them. I wonder if they have two teams working there, because when they call to sell you a product you deal with employees who seem to know what they about. But as soon as you have a query and phonein you stuck with idiot's who couldnt care
