Worst service

I had the worst experience of my life. on 27 May 2022, I called them asking that the revise the policy start date and provide me with a refund. I spoke to two people and they both said that they had requested a refund. on the 21st of June 2022, I called again to ask about my money because it had been more 3 weeks since I requested the refund. Only to find out that the two ladies I spoke to didnt even request a refund on my behalf. I called again on 4th of July 2022 and 12 July 2022 and all I am getting is that my refund hasnt been processed as yet. I dont know if these people are taking me for a ride or what but I am ready to cancel this policy.
