Worst insurer in SA. No feedback and slow service

It’s a pity I am unable to give 0 stars. I’ve had two claims with Bettersure. 1 canceled due to back and forth and no feedback. The 2nd one has been opened since Nov 2022 and till now No resolution. The service providers used by this company are not knowledgeable and do not care. Both times I’ve gotten my stuff fixed myself. I requested a cash payout and that is also not happening. Once this cash payout thing is sorted out I am moving insurance to a different service provider. I should have in the beginning read reviews and listened to the bad ones. What a horrible experience for something I am paying for.
