Worst insurer I have ever had or dealt with. Service is under par leaves much to be desired

I have a home insurance policy with bettersure. I called on Saturday to log a claim for a blocked drain at about 9 am and I was given a claim number and told they’d send someone by 14H00 around 14:35 I had to call back not them calling me only to be told they struggling to get a plumber in my area coz they don’t have service providers here and they’ll push it to Sunday fine. Sunday I got some missed calls on my phone and I called back only to be told they still don’t have a service provider so they pushing it to Monday or I should get my own plumber. It’s Monday today almost 13:00 and no call no nothing. I mean we have insurance for emergencies how can it be an emergency if I call on Saturday and till Monday afternoon I haven’t been helped?
