Worst insurer ever!

If you are looking for an insurance that you pay for years and then look for any excuse not to pay a claim go for Bettersure. If your are happy to wait more than 4 weeks to get an answer from you insurer regarding a claim, if you like to be promised a call back that never comes and have to phone them over and over again, Bettersure is the compony for you. I your claim is not paid, and you like to appeal, just be happy to wait 14 workdays for them to send you the forms needed. The worst insurance company I have ever had the displeasure to have dealt with. My only advise to anyone is if you do word with Betterbond and you get the call from Bettersure, put down the phone and block that number. They will promise you the moon and the sun but believe me you will not get any service from them. I thought the contractor was joking when he said they look for ways not to pay.
