Worst insurance policy yet.

We took out insurance on our property by BetterSure. The policy we took had a 0% excess. 3 months in our new home our Garage motor and gate motor stoped working. We changed the batteries and still nothing. We just assumed that its probably due to all the loadshedding. We contacted our insurance company BetterSure. Now they have all kinds of stories as to why they are not going to repair our Garage and gate motor. And if they do we have to pay on a sum of money, then why do we have a 0% access policy?

We have been trying for more then a month to get this sorted. Still we are waiting. Its a security risk for us as anyone can access our property and garage. We are putting ourselves at risk to get out off our vehicles at night to open a gate and garage.

This is the worst experience we had with BetterSure and not expectable.
