Worst Insurance, if you looking for insurance This is not an Insurance that gives peace if mind.

I wrote a review on the 22 April 2025 about the worst experience we have experienced with bettersure insurance, I still say this is the worst insurance we ever have to deal with, after my complaint they contacted us send people back to reassess the place we showed them the poor workmanship done by their people the tiles they broke when they where busy working on our roof for the countless number of days even the tiles they removed from our roof and replaced with new tiles because they broke them and the silicone they told us they would put which one guy stated it's not silicone it's tiles glue but their own report states it's silicone since that day we were told they would respond in 2days from the 23 April 2025 until day there has been no communication from bettersure as it rains continuous damage is happening to our roof and ceiline as we continue paying premiums monthly without assistance and not been taken serious so I repeat if you looking for insurance Bettersure is not It.
