Worst insurance ever, don't take BetterSure for your bond insurance it's useless

We had the worst experience ever with BetterSure first we had their people come through to fix our geyser they took 2weeks climbing up and down removing it and reinstalling spending the entire day on our roof for 2weeks the result to that we're broken tiles and the guys said they put silicone glue to fix them, rainy season came our roof is now leaking we contacted them they took 3 months to give us a reply after they said it will be done in 15 days after that 3months we got a rejection letter saying we tried to patch it with silicone which was done by their people we tried contacting them you can't get through as no one really knows what is happening and you treated like they doing you a favor it's like you not paying your premiums.
