Worst insurance ever and poor service

I have lodged a case in April and did not get a feed back till I had to do the follow up, they sent someone to do the assessment and their never got back to me with a feedback and I again I did a feedback where I was sent from pillar to post and will hold for hours on the line till my airtime was exhausted none of them tried to even call me back. Up until now I still know nothing about my claim. These insurance company is hell and they are very ***********.
