Worst Insurance ever 😪
I logged a claim for a leaking roof, and the insurer sent an assessor to inspect the damage. Surprisingly, I was told to contact the developer myself because my claim fell below the R750 excess fee, and I was advised to just buy paint and fix the ceiling on my own. When I followed up, they were no help at all. A consultant eventually called and convinced me to change my policy details, which I now deeply regret. Recently, my TV became faulty, but they refused to replace it, citing "wear and tear." I have been with this company for a few years, and they always find an excuse to decline claims. While their premiums are affordable, you will suffer when you actually need help. I would never recommend them to anyone, they are the worst insurance company. 😒
