Worst Insurance Company Ever - Useless

On the 24th of April I submitted a claim for lightning damages on the roof of my house. The claim was submitted through by my insurance broker. It is now the 22nd of May 2023 and I have still not received my payment. I had to pay the contractor out of my own pocket in the meanwhile.

I called them on Monday the 15th of May 2023, I was promised the money would reflect either Monday or Tuesday the 16th. I called again today, the 22nd of May 2023 after being on the line for almost 30min the lady informed me that there has been an error and the payment was not made.

“I apologise for the inconvenience and I understand your frustration” these word has never had any less meaning to me.

Also, stay on the line while they check with which ever department, don’t wait for them to call you back…I have been waiting 2 months.

BetterSure Insurance Products is the true meaning of useless. I regret the day I signed up with them. Luckily these things happen and I now know that I will never do business with them again.

BetterSure Insurance Products, please don’t waste your or my time commenting your apologies for the inconvenience and that a consultant/manager will contact me, as I know this will not happen. This has been proved true multiple times.
