Worst insurance company ever! Bettersure
Worst worst worst experience ever
DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!
They take your money but as soon as you try to claim they hang up the phone.
1st our hifi surround system just broke for no reason.
Been 3 months and they "still sending someone" to come and have a look. Policy states they send someone to have a look and cover up to R2000 to fix or replace.
We gave up on that.
Our swimming pool pump also broke for no reason
They tell us to get someone ourselves to write a damage report and send quote on either fixture or replacement.
We do that and send all the necessary documents and paperwork required from us.
Wait and wait and wait No response from them.
Been phoning for weeks.
Either they make you wait on the line for 20min+ or when someone eventually pick up and hear that you are following up on a claim they end the call
They take all your money and the moment you need help they ignore you.

They will definitely loose me as a client!!!!
I will make my husband (marcel) cancel with them as it is under his name.
